Can't complete Journeyman Fighter quest

I have +50 in the required skills and got the quest from the Trainer (Lich Hunt). Went to the marked place, killed the Lich, no Tome or quest advance. Cancelled quest, did the same thing again, same result. What am I doing wrong?

    In last hotfix they change it to just participate to kill. Not need to deliver final blow.

    Was solo. Is it a specific Lich at the marker location? There were 2 of them, but both said Lich.

    SOLVED: I cancelled the quest AGAIN... went to Valus and got the quest, went to the local graveyard there, got the advancement, back to the Valus trainer, got the Hunt a Lich quest AGAIN, went to the bigger graveyard near Valus, found a Lich inside that someone was killing. I took one swing on the Lich, the person finished killing it, and I got the quest advancement. I don't know why the marked places in Eldeir didn't work.
