Don't bother pinging staff for help.

After 2 weeks of trying to get some help in resolving a founders items problem and as of a few days ago the loyalty shop things. I can safely say that the staff won't really help you with anything. They pretty much just tell you that "they can't seem to replicate" a very obvious issue that multiple people have had, and then without closing the ticket just stop replying to the problem.

Last game I'll probably back on kickstarter lol.
